Brief	What if Autism was just another form of intelligence, misunderstood and unexploited? This was the thought that underpinned "Autism Can Work", a campaign from French food company Andros. It was a career programme that's also a care programme, giving Autistic people the chance to work for the company while changing the way society looks at autism. The campaign was widely reported by the media and even cited in a speech by French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe.

In their obsessional behaviors, we see obsession for precision. So how can we turn these “inhabilities” into capacities ? By creating AUTISM CAN WORK. A care program that is a career program.
