hikaye While the French organic market is experiencing a strong growth (+15% in 2018), and thus a fierce competition, the organic food retailers of Synadis Bio (the French Union of organic food retailers such as Naturalia, Biocoop, La Vie Claire, Naturéo, Biomonde, L’Eau Vive…) want to assert their difference and values. Meaning the development of the organic market must be done with sense and responsibility (vs. the conventional food industry principles) to preserve its fundamental and historical guidelines.
