As Global President / Chief Sunshine Officer (no rainmaking here) I have the honour of working each day to nurture and grow our agency relationships through AdForum and The Epica Awards, and partner with our sister company ACT Responsible. My responsibilities include leading the development of both AdForum and Epica at a global level with a primary focus on revenue generation, strategic partnerships and our Global AdForum Summit. My experience in agency business development as well as working for Trade magazines, awards shows and consulting firms, allied with my networking ability and my international culture make Maydream my ideal home. Over my 30 year career in advertising, I have held the positions of Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Development Officer, and Chief Strategic Officer to name a few. In these roles I provided strategic planning, marketing, promotional/event activities, brand building/ positioning, and revenue generation leadership to brands, marketers, full-service and media agencies globally. My activities include: C-suite roles in marketing and business development, creative content development and production, branded entertainment, music/artist promotion, event marketing, media/entertainment, spirits, consumer package goods, and luxury brand marketing for organizations such as: - Adweek Magazine/Clio Awards/Adbank - Anderson Consulting (Accenture) - Frankfurt Balkind Partners (Hill Holiday) - Delsener/Slater Productions (LiveNation) - Initiative Media - MPG/Havas Media - McCann Worldgroup - Sundance/Hamptons International Film Festival In these roles, I was responsible for corporate branding (collateral material development, website design, corporate identity and event programming), management of corporate communications activities, liaison to industry events/trade organizations (Cannes, ANA, 4As), promotional and strategic partnerships, as well as client brand strategy and business development activities.

Arbitron: Marketing consultant and revenue generator – created marketing and sales collateral converting data analysis for non-research professionals, including key decision makers on the client and agency level. Represented the company at industry conferences and events, brokered key industry introductions/partnerships. Created Arbitron Video Council of key media professionals.

Hamptons and Sundance International Film Festival: Promotional and marketing collateral development and execution, national sponsorship partnerships across multiple tier levels. Member of the advisory board to industry professionals and talent, as well as their Board of Directors. Traveled to and liaised with other international festivals.
