Akimasa Baba

With nearly 30 years of experience in Japan and global markets, Mr. Akimasa Baba was appointed CEO of Beijing Dentsu on 1st June, 2016. He joined Dentsu Inc. in April 1987. In May 2003, he was appointed CEO of the then newly established Dentsu Media, Thailand. Mr. Baba went on to develop the agency into one of the largest in the market. And in 2013, Mr. Baba was appointed the Representative Officer of Dentsu Inc., London office and led the post-merger integration of Dentsu Aegis Network. Before coming to China, he was Managing Director of Global Business Center of Dentsu Inc. and Global President of Dentsu media concurrently.
