| hikaye | Piquià de Baixo is a brazilian town, living for over three decades surrounded by the mining industry, that dramatically pollutes the environment and the lives of thepeople. But nothing has been done to help so far, as if everything was alright.So the town decided to send "An invitation to Piquià de Baixo" to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Grupo Ferroeste, one of the owners of the factories. For this special occasion, all the leaders responsible of this situation was invited to share a table and a very unique meal. As if everything was alright…Launched on digital, along with targeted tagging, the film was asking the internauts to to share the invitation, and sign the petition, hoping that finally, things will change in Piquia. |
