The advertising agency GGH MullenLowe based in Hamburg sends out their employees to look for new art and copy partners on their own – on the dating platform Tinder! Tinder gets about 20,000 downloads per day.
Profiles like “Headlinehero“ and “Pixelpusher“ were used as creatives from GGH MullenLowe searched for a match. Their CEO, Florian Grimm, says: “At GGH MullenLowe we wanted to get in contact with native digital people – by using a platform where they never expected us. This is how we reach out to people that aren’t afraid to strike new paths and would perfectly fit into our agency.“
And 500 matches within 24 hours proves that this idea paid off!
