Founded in 2001 in New York and 2008 in the UK, The Brooklyn Brothers expanded to Los Angeles in 2012 to create its Hollywood writing room, an alliance with seven of Hollywood’s most renowned scriptwriters and an office in Brazil in 2013. In 2016, they joined Golin, part of Interpublic Group of companies. The Brooklyn Brothers are a fully integrated creative agency, blending storytelling, brand advertising, experiential, digital, PR, content, social with pin-sharp strategy to help brands rise above the noise. They do this by creating ideas that earn attention, creating, making and distributing stories that get heard, all under one roof. They have been European Effies Agency of the Year and Advertising Age Small Agency of the Year. They have been widely awarded, including x3 Gold's and x1 Silver for their 'Stopover Buddy' work for Icelandair at the Euro Effies last year; additionally, winning the Grand Prix and x4 Golds at the Euro Effies in 2016 for their 'Inspired by Iceland' work; alongside previously winning Cannes Gold, Cannes Silvers and a US Effie Gold for NBC’s ‘Coach Ted Lasso’. Clients include Land Rover, Jaguar, NBC, Castrol, Promote Iceland, MINI, Financial Times, American Express, WaterWipes and Lancôme.
The Brooklyn Brothers have three offices in their mini-global empire: in New York, London and São Paulo. In February 2016, they partnered with Golin, part of the Interpublic Group of companies, who have over 50 offices around the world.
