Refinery29, the leading digital media and entertainment company for young women, today announced the promotion of Ashley Miles to Chief Client Officer, Head of Advertising, North America. “Over the past five years, Ashley has been a relentless champion of our mission, brand and most importantly, our people,” said Stefano. “We are excited to broaden Ashley’s scope within the company to tackle new challenges and opportunities with brand partners while continuing to grow and lead one of the best client- and consumer-centric sales and marketing teams in the industry.”

Under Miles’ leadership, Refinery29 has expanded its portfolio of advertisers and brand partners from fashion and luxury into key growth categories including beauty, retail, auto, consumer electronics, CPG, spirits, travel, entertainment, financial services, pharmaceuticals, home and DTC new business, all while significantly increasing the company’s ad revenue. Miles has spearheaded highly creative brand partnerships that drive the business and spark cultural dialogue through the lens of Refinery29’s mission to be a catalyst for women to see, feel and claim their power.
