In the Netherlands, cycling is so popular that there is a saying "we were born riding a bicycle." This is evident in people of all ages, who can be found cycling as toddlers all the way up into their nineties and beyond. Many of the older cyclists are very fit and ride top quality bicycles. I wanted to capture a few of these gentlemen, so I took photos of three senior members of the RWCahoy club in Rotterdam. This shot is of Gerard, the top senior rider, and the oldest.
