It showcases the personalised, considered and unique things Etihad does for guests travelling with the airline. The campaign reinforces Etihad’s ‘Guest’ proposition which is a showcase of traditional Emirati values of hospitality blended with inspiration drawn from around the world to provide experiences and unique ‘signature moments’ to guests. The split screen technique in the TVC juxtaposes the airline’s award-winning on-board service with lifestyle scenes from international destinations, fine dining restaurants and five star hotels around the world. This illustrates how Etihad has established itself as a global airline and a world leader in the provision of hospitality services on the ground and in the air. It also highlights the the airline’s dedication to sourcing the best products and ingredients from around the world to provide ‘signature’ and ‘outstanding as standard’ service to all its guests. |
