Jen Pearce is the Founder and CEO of Low Profile, a female-run music licensing and consulting agency based out of Brooklyn, NY. She has extensive experience in helping brands, music supervisors and film/TV networks integrate music into their projects, and has been responsible for some of the most memorable song placements throughout her career
at companies including Downtown Records as SVP of Licensing & Strategic Marketing, and Warner Bros. Records as head of Commercial Licensing. While she has worked with some of the biggest artists in the world like Mos Def, Santigold, Major Lazer, The Black Keys, Duran Duran, The Flaming Lips, Migos, The Talking Heads etc., she specializes in pushing culture forward by challenging brands to work with smaller, more interesting artists.
